Free Parent Workshop
This one is for the parents who want to learn more about pain complaints with their child athletes, when to seek help, what to look for and other helpful information on injury management and prevention. I’ll talk a bit about the role of screenings and have a Q&A time where parents can ask any questions they have.

FREE Finding Your Center Workshop
Join me for my first FREE workshop of 2024! This workshop will review the anatomy of the dancer’s core and factors that influence each individual’s core stability. We will also go through some assessments of core stability, review how to properly engage the core and teach some basic exercises dancers can work on to improve their core stability. Each dancer will receive a worksheet and handout to complete as part of the session.
